Ashtas Operative course

ASHTAS OPERATIVE COURSE is an entry-level course for anyone involved in the installation and maintenance of road safety barrier systems. This course aims to ensure the individual comprehends the fundamentals of road safety hardware installation to aid their safety on-site and value to the industry as members of a road safety hardware installation crew.

Prerequisite

Construction Induction Card (White Card) 

Computer system requirements and exam conditions

All learners need to fully understand the requirements/ exam conditions that must be adhered to, or their results may be voided.

•A polite reminder to advise all learners.

• No headphones or ear pods

• No reading questions or answers out loud

• In a room on their own

• Not to leave the room at any point during the assessment.

• No conferring or speaking with others.

• No use of mobile phones or internet at any time

• No training materials or notes unless specifically advised.

• Environment must be clear of all paperwork and phone must be turned off.

• ID is mandatory (drivers’ licence or passport)

• IT issues learners can only use online Proctor support.

Learners require a steady internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 1,5 Mbps (be careful: this is not download speed). We strongly recommend learners use an ethernet cable to ensure a stable connection.

Results will only be fully confirmed once Lantra have carried out quality assurance on the assessment.
