2. Training and Accreditation

XStructE Training delivers Austroads Safety Hardware Training and Accreditation Scheme (ASHTAS) courses. Successful completion of these courses may result in certification or accreditation based on Austroads or Lantra requirements. Participation in the training does not guarantee certification, which is contingent on meeting the program’s assessment criteria.

3. Eligibility

To enroll in our courses, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Ensure that you meet any prerequisites or qualifications specified for each course.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

• Course Fees: The fees for courses will be displayed on our website or communicated during the enrollment process. All payments must be made in full before the commencement of the course.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods as outlined during the registration process.
• Refunds and Cancellations: If you are unable to attend this program, a full refund will be issued, less a $100 (incl. GST) service fee, provided that you have notified us via email at least 7 business days prior to the commencement of the program. If you notify us of your cancellation request via email within 7 business days of the program commencement, no refund is available.

5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, including content, presentations, and documentation, are the intellectual property of XStructE Training or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal training purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with third parties.
• Modify, create derivative works, or use the materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree:

• To behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other participants.
• Not to engage in any unlawful or inappropriate conduct, including harassment or disruptive behavior.
• To comply with any rules, policies, or instructions provided during the course.

XStructE Training reserves the right to remove any participant from the course without a refund if they fail to comply with these standards.

7. Certification and Accreditation

Upon successful completion of the course and meeting the required criteria, participants may be eligible for certification or accreditation. XStructE Training does not guarantee the issuance of any certification. Accreditation is provided through Austroads and Lantra in accordance with their standards and policies.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer: XStructE Training provides its courses and services “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the training will meet your requirements or expectations.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, XStructE Training will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, resulting from your participation in the course, use of the website, or reliance on course materials.

9. Changes to Courses and Services

XStructE Training reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel courses at its discretion. In the event of cancellation, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative course option.
